I recently misplaced my registration certificate for my bike in Chennai, the same was issued in New Delhi now i'm trying to get a new one made , however the problem now is that my bike is in Chennai without an NOC, is it possible to do the application from Chennai and if i applied it from Delhi would they ask me for a physical check of the vehicle.
