I shifted to my new appartment in Bangalore and Builder has taken amount for Cauvery connection. We have been following up on that but not getting success. Now builder is saying they are trying to get NOC for the Cauvery water connection. When i read procedure to get Cauvery connection i didn't see anything like NOC for getting the connection. Can you please let me know if NOC is required and what is the purpose of that NOC.
