I stay in Delhi and I have brought an apartment in Bangalore and its construction is over. the sale deed is on my name and my wife name. Only I have taken the loan and its repayment is done by me only. Now i m going for Registration of the same apartment. I would like to know whether presence of my wife is required at the time of registration. and also If she cannot go for registration is there any document she can provide to me which authorize me to get the registration done alone by myself.
