I stay in new bel road jurisdiction rto yeshwantpur- i have four wheeler driving license that will
expire on 11 sept 2013. earlier license issued in Mangalore now i am residing in
geddalahalli,Sanjaynagar Bangalore i have voters card of my Bangalore address. can i get my DL renewed in Babgalore or should I renewe it at Manglore ??? Id do not have adress proof in Mangalore at present .
I am 50 years old.
