I want a advice regarding the re-issue of my birth certificate.
I was born in home at Seppa, Arunachal Pradesh. Now i have lost my birth certificate but i have class xth date of birth certifcate . Now i want to go for higher studies abroad and for that they need Birth certificate.
What can i do to get my birth certificate issued by the office which deals with issue of birth certicate in seppa, Arunachal pradesh.
