I want to have duplicate certificate for my Mother. She was born in 17/12/1962. Upon visiting T ward office in Mulund Mumbai. We were informed that since it is before 1995 than records will be at South Mumbai (VT) and will require some time. It has been more than 3 months i am still struggling to get birth certificate of my mother, Can some one give me address/contact person to get birth certificate who were born in December 1962
