I want to know about registration,we are the old tenant staying in tilak nagar our building was demolished in 2005 and we got it in the year 2013 i lost my father in law last three years in 2005 he had the nomination done on my husband s name in society papers with 2 of our old neighbour as witness along with the society members now every thing is become on my husband name the share certificate is also transferred on my husband name withe share of 100 percent but my husband is having 4 sisters and the society is telling us to get the NOC from them is it necessary for all theses things when everything is in is name the builder is also not having any problem to do my husband registration so can you please give some suggestion for these things because my 2 sister in law has send the NOC letter but 2 are not yet giving so pl suggest how can this register become thanks
