:I want to register and transfer Property of Shaikh Sarai after death of father in the mother's name according to the WILL of the father and also wish to Register the new WILL of the mother.
Please let me know address of the authority and documents required to be completed.I am here from abroad for only three weeks and wish to complete the work without any middle man etc.
