I want to add my sir name (Rawat) in my doughter birthday certificate

I want to add my sir name (Rawat) in my doughter birthday certificate as Post office is not accepting father's name (i.e Trilok Singh) because in my all the documents my name with my sir Name (i.e Trilok Singh Rawat).

Please suggest further.
