I want to have my name changed being misspelled as 'sandip' instead of the correct one I.e, 'Sandeep'. Can panchayat do it without asking for affidavit? I mean is that in their power to make such minor correction? If no, then tell me about the procedure to get it corrected. #Village #panchayat
