I was asked bribe by service tax officer
I had paid @10 lacs of service tax with interest as per guideline of my CA and went to department with CA, my company name was not in list of notice issued even after 4 years of returns were not filed. I prepared returns of all past years and given to officer to check and revert, my CA came outofpicture, then i was asked to pay 2-3 lacs bribe to get my past return filed. I was shocked and cried to help me but no support. Thenafter, I got notice issued thrice by department, received many call threatening softly to pay that amount indirectly. my request of asking password of online return filling was denied. My mail id is there with department then why password control is kept with such people encouraging corruption. It is a open system designed meanfully. I stopped answering his calls, he also stopped calling since last 4 months. I am going to shut down company and leave India as I can not help this country growing with honesty. I am selling my preoperty/wealth and clear all my dues with all respect and delay caused by department officer. I forgive them and ask forgiveness for them to my ultimate lord.
I suggest in cool shout that PM/RBI/ACB/CBI should remove Ghandhiji photo from currency and put LAXMIDEVI/YAMDEV photo to build impact on my loving people of India to avoid bribe.
My lord does not allow me to fight as I am not ********** and lord ********** never came and told me to fight.
Highest level of bribe I seen in India:
HR companies taking Dalali of human beings and again that dalali contains amount of huge bribe.
How a human can feel diwali (without bonus) and recall **********?

This government is not capable to run it free nation, people of India is again stuck in slave an definately it will take next 500 years. Why should I spend my life behind this? as Gandhiji and his team value are kept only on word and story.

What is use of core-banking system where ACB/RBI/CBI/SC can not control it? This abbriavation will be only seen on signage/name plate, newspaper & media headings, and are of no use. Please do not hope on them.
