I was born at home.
What is the procedure to get birth certificate.
As for the information i got from municipality is
Apply for "non availability of birth certificate", once u get the certificate for "order" from collector office.
Then once u get the order, get it registered in "ward" office. then get the birth certificate from municipal office.
Is this the right process. if i follow this it ll take more than 2 months to get certificate.
