I was born in Tura , Meghalaya and I was having a birth certificate
I was born in Tura , Meghalaya and I was having a birth certificate from the same , I have lost it and made a F.I.R for it , and I need a copy of birth certificate with re-issue date , I tried to contact Municipal people , but they didn't respond on it , kindly suggest and inform me for the same , it would be, highly appreciated
