I was born in Kolkata, West Bengal but i have been living Jaipur, Rajasthan for over 16 years. the problem is for passport i need a change in either all the documents i have or change in birth certificate, so i think changing name in birth certificate would be better. I was born after 1989 therefore they require my birth certificate. please help me with the procedure how to get my name
