I was married in 2008 and have a child in 2010.Due to disputes with husband i applied for single passport in 2012.I got my passport.Because i was living with my parents.But later i agreed with my husband. Unfortunately my passport was lost and i made an FIR regarding it.But now i wanna apply for my passport again with my correct martial status.I dnt have marriage certificate as almost nine years are passed to our marriage.But i have my husband passport on which my name is added.So please guide me regarding the penalty which will imposed on my earlier passport in which i hid the martial status.Nd how can i apply for my new passport without marriage certificate.I have my all residential proofs here at my husband.Please help
