I was standing on red light with my motor cycle, a car came from back and honked from back to go left side , i gave it some way by moving my vehicle forward, the car passed by my side and then a traffic police officer came and took photo of my bike and has sent me a notice of challan. Was this right to do for the officer, i made him understand but he did'nt listen to me
should i pay for this..
