I went to ask for a patta for my mothers home in vadapalany for the puliyur sub division. I have been waiting for 1.5 years and till date walked into their office for 167 times. They had implicitly asked for a bribe and I refused to pay them. They came home and took 2000 from my mother for surveying and auto expense. My mother and father who are senior citizens did not even know that they will not get a receipt. I am yet to see the document. We are disgusted and disappointed by the lack of system in that office. How do I get this addressed? Who shall I hold accountable?
