I went to GPO sgr for collection of my passport from there in view of emergency but I was sent from there to nowshehra P O to collect it from there as they reported the same has been dispatched. On reaching nowshehra the officials concerned there said that they have not received any consignments from G P O. Sgr for the last four days as they have no vehicle available there. Very poor state of affairs of the Indian post.
