I would like to buy an Agricultural Land around 1-2 Acres nearby Pune and want to convert to commercial for the Purpose of Starting own Marriage Lawn, Banquet Hall. What it cost to me to convert Agricultural Land to Commercial Land and what is the procedures I need to be follow.
