I would like to know about the registration of green belt area. I am planning to buy a site which is currently in green belt area but formed lay out with all amenities and number of houses are constructed. I understood that there is no revenue land registration is taking place now. As i can only get a GPA registration will it be valid? When the registration will start. I am not buying it directly from the developer. It is a re-sale. Can i apply for a Khatha once the registration took place.
