If i have acquired land which falls in 2 different survey numbers and...

If i have acquired land which falls in 2 different survey numbers and the guideline value of the that land is different from each other, is it possible for me to request the government to make the unified guideline values for both the survey numbers based on the higher value? if so who is the competent authority to make the change and fix the higher guideline value for both the survey numbers?
