In all my documents my name is Sumit Kumar but in Birth certificate
In all my documents my name is Sumit Kumar but in Birth certificate it is Sumit. I wants to change it to Sumit Kumar. I dont want it to be Sumit urf Sumit Kumar because this is not valid to apply for passport.Passport authority wants my name to be Sumit Kumar in DOB. Plzz help ASAP
