Insurance companies change declarations done by customers in forms , and insurance is issued after that , if a consumer will not read details then he or she does not get claim at the time when he is hospitalized just because declaration on his insurance form was changed by some one from insurance company without his approval. IRDA does not take any action in this and acts like POST office. is government not answerable for this fraud being done by Insurance companies.
