Just now we have settled our properties which was remain pending in court with two parties one have got ground floor and 2nd have got 1st floor of the contruction but the ground floor which was already registered and the first floor was not registered and not get occupancy due case was pending in court . So, now how can i registered the first floor which was pending since last 15 yrs please guide me about the formalities..
