Dear Sir, It is just a information about kinari bazaar,near chandani chowk,old delhi where people sell their articles without the bill. it is the situation of the whole market. they always denied to give a proper bill at any cost. I am a employee of an export house so very often we have to visit this market for embroidery materials like beads,sequience...etc.As per gov. rule when a consumer buy goods from anywhere he or she can ask for a bill...but there is no any such rule.I would suggest that you should look into the matter as its not a small issue when the whole market show their monopoly in not give bill.They generally say TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT..BUT WE WILL NOT GIVE THE BILL.
