Last year i had written a letter to the supreme court chief justice,
Last year i had written a letter to the supreme court chief justice, India and sent copies to all the concerned departments, head of the district, politicians and NGT, India. The issue was encroachment in the natural habitat of endangered Ladakh-Urial species in the Magnetic-hill area of ladakh. Taking the lead from my letter the wildlife and forest chief conservator ladakh had sent his warden for confirmation and within a week poachers were caught red handed and FIR lodged and also sent to jail. But till now the rampant construction the natural habitat ccontinues.
Sir I wish to know that though my letter was marked as PIL can it be considered as PIL though there were no lawyers attached with me neither did i intimate the court about complaint beforehand?
Please guide.
