Me and My brother purchased the land in 1994 in hunsur taluk, Asprtrekaval kasaba . we have not done the khata that time. we have got all records related to the land. when we went to make khata at taluk office they directed us to contact village accountant, we met and submitted the documents he sent the file to Revenue Inspector. Now problem starts he asked us to get the registrar copy of previous buyer. we contacted the person his father has dead. he searched in front of us all records he has not find the document he said if u want any help from me i will come and tell them . The R.I is insisting the registration copy. what to do now pls reply.
