Meter declared IDF by meter reader because of invisible display of readings .
My meter was declared IDF by meter reader as there was no digit display . On my written complaint , my meter was replaced . After about one month, status of meter on my earlier bills was changed to ADF as checked online . But when I checked my next bill on line my current bill with new meter is still remarked as IDF . Not only this my earline bill which was changed from IDF to ADF was again changed to IDF . It seems to be pressure tactics to break me down to bribe but I won't . will resist as long as possible . My elder brother who lives separately is aged about 78 years has typical problem . His meter was declared RDF in feb 2012 although his meter is till working ok but his meter status is still RDF and has to pay 142 units whether uses electric or not ( he goes out station to their children for months ) . No body is there to redress our grievances .
