Please tell me in detail about Single site layout in Karnataka. I am having 20 Guntas of land. Best way peoples advise me is to go for single site layout approval from KUDA. We dont have conversion letter from agriculture to non - agriculure from DC. Can I go for single site layout. Will it affect me any problem in future when I construct my house. Is it possible for me to bifurcate my land and present gift deed for my sisters or can I sell after bifurcation of my single site layout. Please advise me. It is very urgent.
