My actual dob is 1993, however one column on birth certificate is mentioned as 1992, which reflects on all my certificates including SSLC, I need to apply for a passport and they have rejected since the information is not the same on both the columns on birth of certificate.
How can I change/correct by birth of certificate. I am from Bangalore, India. Please suggest.
