My age is 59 years now. I am having a Driving Licence issued from Jodhpur RTO the date of which is going to expire in Sept., 2016. can I get it transferred to my present address in Kerala. How and what are the forms

Your license can be re-issued by the Transport authority in Kerala on surrender of your present license and the existing license would be then cancelled and sent to the last issuing authority (i.e the one in Jodhpur) with appropriate advice to make appropriate note in the record. The RTO office of your present location in Kerala will then accept your surrendered license along with your application for the issue of a fresh driving license from his office in lieu of your old license issued by Jodhpur RTO.
