My birth place is Pavagada one of the taluk in tumkur district ,
My birth place is Pavagada one of the taluk in tumkur district , i have born in house so no records are maintained in govt hospital but i have the immunity card from pavagada govt hospital which tells the dates in which i and my mother had taken vaccination procedure from hospital and my family has written copy of birth certificate which is signed by health officer and have seal of health officer pavagada , since i have born in 29/03/1989 and i studied 15 years in pavagada but now all my family settled in bangalore when i approached municipal office members they are declining my application telling they required the proof that now any one family member should be receding in pavagada so i am not able to get chance to apply for court . But i have applied for passport through my work place but i could not able to get my birth certificate, could any one please help which is the correct procedure to get birth certificate , even though i have all documents maintained because of my family settled in bangalore they cont deny my application. please do the need full
