My car driving licence is expiring on 05/10/2018
I am going to USA in first week of april 18 and will be back in 1st week of Nov 2018
1. can my licence be renewed in March 2018 ?
2. in case it is not, can i renew my licence after I return in Nov 2018 ?
3. it should not lapse forever if done so late else it will be a problem for me.
i a senior citizen and hence wish to find out if agents doing this are available at
rto office near LIC building in louswadi in thane west
