My cousin sister got seriously injured in a motor accident by a army vehicle at P.O.Tinsukia - 786125 in Assam. This is a case of Hit and Run. The injured have been undergoing medical treatment. I want to track the army vehicle which caused the accident. It has been learnt that army maintains a register in which all the details of vehicles movement are entered, like exit, entry, movement etc. etc. The said accident took place on 23rd march,2016 at about 2.45 P.M. at P.O.Tinsukia - 786125 in Assam. Now please help me as how can I get the vehicle details which caused the accident.
