My driving licence for personal car issued by the RTO, Ghaziabad, U.P. expired in July 2014. Now I am permanently living in Gurgaon, Haryana and want to renew it at Haryana address. Whether I have to seek NOC from RTO, Ghaziabad? What is the Form No.? Can you send me through mail the details of steps involved in the procedure, requisite Form, the amount of fees, if any, payable? Can such NOC be obtained online, and if so, how?- Thanks, Mahendra
