My driving license was previously renewed by RTO Pune being my Army

My driving license was previously renewed by RTO Pune being my Army service at Pune. Now I have been retired and settled at my native place Lakhimpur Kheri. Date of license being expired on Jun 2016. what can I do for renewal of the same at Lakhimpur Kheri.
