My family was residing in Varanasi from long, we had our ration card of uttar Pradesh. But after sudden demise of my family members including my father we have moved to Mumbai and are working here, I want to transfer my ration card from uttar Pradesh to Mumbai. Please let me know the process to proceed with the same.
