My father bought a second hand car of a 2003 model. We sparingly used it as it was a petrol vehicle. We finally decided to sell the car in 2011. Since then it is just standing as we could not get buyers. Suddenly 3 months back we saw the car door was unlocked and the papers were missing. The RC book, insurance and the duplicates. I want to know what can I do now because to renew my insurance I need the RC book and for the RC book I need the Insurance. Don't know what to do. Kindly help.
