My father died in 1979 and left behind a residential property in which the ground floor is occupied by my brother, the first floor by me and the second floor is to be given to my sister who resides in the US. She has given a power of attorney to our mother for the purpose of signing relinquishment deeds. I want to know how we siblings should go about getting relinquishment deeds registered in each other's favour without paying a bribe. Our registering authority is in Mehrauli, New Delhi.
