My father died 2 years ago and now i want to make my new ration card but i have no old ration card even no photo copy but officer told me to give ration card no. but i have not my father was a doctor and he not taking ration from rationshop due to this ration card missed more than 10 years ago thats way i have no record of it i lived in haridwar from 2007
now what to do please help
