Giving precise advice will require knowledge of more details. It is best that you consult a lawyer. Ideally, it is best that you get each of your brothers and sisters to give affidavits that they have no objection to transfer the Khata to your mothers name. Alternatively, all of you can have a Joint Khata. For this, you will have to produce your fathers death certificate and a succession certificate, to establish the relationship between your father and all of you. <br>
