My father expired while in government service last month. To apply for his job on compassionate grounds my mother needs a legal heir certificate. We approached Revenue, tashildar , taluk office offices. None of them gave any information about how to proceed ,all that they say is give 5000 we will get it done. Can you help us with the right procedure to acquire legal certificate ??
