My father recently passed away and now we are hasseling with the process of obtaining the death certificate. The hospital management have written wrong address on the slip which is required to be submited in the ndmc office now they are refusing to provide the certificate asking for address proof but we had shifted 3 months ago and don't have any address proof. What can be done ??
