My late wife passed in 2011. I used to work in Dubai and unfortunately with an expired passport I could not travel for the funeral.
I have a xerox copy of the police report and need to avail the death certificate. Can you please tell me as to how do I go about doing this and also how long would it take to get it. Could you also let me know of the cost (s) as well, please? I currently live in Manila, Philippines. Is it true that the husband has to be there in person to collect it or can someone else based there, do the needful?
Understandably the governmental organisations deliberately put alot of red tape to frustrate us. If you could let me know of the going ons, it would be of great help.
