My mother is 84 yrs. She wish to execute a wasiyatnama in favour of her sons and daughters. Is it necessary to take her to the Registrar office for getting regd of the wasiyatnam? Is there any rule to make them visit in our house and get the regd done on paying certain prescribed charges? Pl. suggest.
