My mother have a ration card (including my name) before my marriage approximately 20 yrs. ago which is presently missing. I had been working in goa since last 16 yrs. Tell me sir how to transfer my rationcard to goa to obtain the domecile certificate for my daughter tosit in goa entrance examination.
