My parents are both from Goa...born and raised in Goa. they have

• Stamps and Registration
• Marriage Certificate

My parents are both from Goa...born and raised in Goa. they have a marriage certificate from Belgaum but since i am applying for my Portuguese passport they need to register their marriage in Goa. This should be the same date as the date shown on the marriage certificate in Belgaum.

Please advise on who we can achieve this?
