My private property is shown as Road.

There is a school which has paid bribe to show my part of a property as a road and got their plan passed.
Most of the RTI I have asked for is evasive. So every time I lose atleast one month and at times gives a condition that a report is expected from land records department - which is more time consuming and waste of time.
What suggestion can I have?
the school has violated a number of laws.

You can approach Planning Authorities in BMC and lodge a complaint. The Planning Authorities can get your claim verified and direct the field level planner to amend the plan sanctioned in favour of the school.
