My R. card surrender certificate in Orissa. Presently we are in

• Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs
• Transfer of Ration Card

My R. card surrender certificate in Orissa.
Presently we are in south Delhi with CSOffice at Sadiq nagar.
I(78yrs)& mrs(65yrs) are having separate income of 1,14.000-/ & 1,64,000/-
I , do not want ration.
But it is pride to have a RCard which I was.
Pls advice me,how to get it.
I have got all the reqd.certificates upto date.
