My Sister in Law has an inter-caste Marriage. They were issued the Marriage Certificate by the Church where they were married. I want to know whether that Marriage Certificate is considered as a valid document. If not can she apply for Marriage Certificate issued by BMC. Her husband is not in country currently as he is working oversea on 3 year Contract.
How can we solve this problem?
